Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (“you” or “Affiliate”) and Azaris LLC (“Azaris,” “we,” “us”). You accept them when you join the Azaris Affiliate Program, whether in the Azaris app or on our affiliate portal. Your use of Azaris itself stays under the Azaris Terms of Service.

1. Who can join

To join, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
  • give accurate details, including the name and tax details needed to pay you;
  • hold one affiliate account only;
  • not live in, or be subject to sanctions by, a country or list the United States restricts.

We may approve or decline any application, and may close an account that does not meet these conditions.

2. How referrals are credited

You get a personal link (azaris.ai?fpr=your-id). A customer counts as your referral when all of these hold:

  • They open your link, and then start a paid plan or a free trial within 60 days, in the same browser.
  • They are a new Azaris customer. Someone with an Azaris plan or trial already is not a new referral.
  • No later affiliate link was opened before they bought. The last affiliate link opened gets the credit.
  • They are not you, someone in your household, or an account you control.

Attribution is recorded by our affiliate platform, FirstPromoter, and our checkout. Its records decide who gets credit. If tracking misses a referral, email us within 30 days of the purchase and we will look into it, but we do not have to credit referrals we cannot verify.

3. Commissions

You earn a commission on every subscription payment a referral makes, for as long as their subscription stays paid.

  • Business plan: 40% of each payment, every month the subscription is paid.
  • Any other monthly plan (for example Pro): $10 per monthly payment, every month the subscription is paid.
  • AI credit packs, automatic top-ups and the Starter plan: no commission.
  • A commission is earned only when a payment succeeds. A free trial earns nothing until its first paid month.
  • 40% is worked out on the amount actually paid, after any discount and before sales tax or VAT.
  • If a referral moves to Business, the 40% rate applies from their first Business payment.
  • Payments in another currency count at the US dollar value FirstPromoter records.
  • Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission on the money returned. A reversal comes off your next payout, even if the original commission was already paid.
  • Commissions stop when the referral’s subscription ends. A returning customer is not a new referral.

4. Payouts and taxes

We pay monthly, 30 days after the month ends: commissions earned in a month are paid on the 30th of the next month. The 30 days cover refunds and chargebacks.

  • Minimum: we pay once your balance reaches $50. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
  • Method: we pay through the payout methods in your affiliate dashboard (PayPal today). You need a valid payout method on file, and any fees your provider charges to receive money are yours.
  • Currency: we pay in US dollars.
  • Tax forms: before we pay, you give us a W-9 if you are a US person, or a W-8BEN (or W-8BEN-E for a business) if you are not. We may hold payouts until we have it.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for the taxes on your commissions. We report payments to tax authorities where the law requires, such as a Form 1099 for US affiliates, and withhold where the law requires.

If we pay you a commission by mistake, or one later reversed under section 3, we may take it off future payouts or ask you to repay it.

5. How you may promote Azaris

Promote Azaris honestly, and say plainly that you earn a commission. Wherever you share your link (a post, video, email or page), disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and up front, as the US Federal Trade Commission and similar laws elsewhere require. “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link” is enough.

You must not:

  • Buy, or refer, an Azaris plan for yourself, your household, or accounts you control, or create accounts to earn commissions.
  • Bid on “Azaris” or close variations in paid search, or use them in ad copy, domain names or social handles.
  • Send spam: unsolicited email, texts, DMs or comments, or messages that break anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR.
  • Make claims Azaris doesn’t make: features it doesn’t have, results it can’t promise, or prices, discounts or trials we don’t offer.
  • Post your link on coupon, deal, cashback or incentive sites, or pay or reward people to sign up.
  • Present yourself as Azaris, or as speaking for Azaris, or make a site or account that could be mistaken for ours.
  • Hide where your link goes, stuff cookies, or use bots, iframes, pop-unders or anything else that credits you for a visit or sale you didn’t cause.
  • Promote Azaris alongside illegal, hateful, adult or misleading content.

Commissions earned by breaking these rules are not owed. We may withhold them, reverse them, and close your account.

6. Our brand, your independence, and data

  • Brand: while you are an affiliate, you may use the Azaris name and logo, unaltered, only to promote Azaris through your link. We may ask you to change or remove any material, and you will do so within 5 business days.
  • Independence: you are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises or sign agreements for Azaris.
  • Confidentiality: anything we share with you that isn’t public (unreleased features, figures, or the commission terms of other affiliates) stays private.
  • Customer data: you see only what your affiliate dashboard shows about your referrals. Use it only to track your commissions, and never contact a referral using information you got from us.
  • Your data: FirstPromoter processes your account, tax and payout details on our behalf, under our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and ending the agreement

  • Changes: we may change these terms, the commission rates, or the program, and will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. A change applies to payments made after it takes effect. If you stay in the program after that, you accept it.
  • You leave: you can leave at any time by closing your affiliate account or emailing us.
  • We end it: we may end the program, or your participation, with 14 days’ notice. We may suspend or close your account at once if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms.
  • What happens to your balance: if you leave, or we end things without cause, we pay what you have earned on payments made up to the end date, after the 30-day hold, even if it is under $50. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.
  • After the end date, no new commissions are earned, including on renewals of earlier referrals.

8. Liability, law and contact

  • No guarantee: the program and our affiliate tools are provided as they are. We don’t promise any level of earnings, or that tracking will never miss a referral.
  • Limit of liability: neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the commissions we paid or owe you in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Your responsibility: you are responsible for how you promote Azaris, and will cover our losses from claims caused by your breaking these terms or the law.
  • Disputes: before bringing a claim, email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it in good faith.
  • Law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. The state and federal courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Whole agreement: these terms, with the Azaris Terms of Service, are the whole agreement about the program. If one part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
