This Privacy Policy explains how Azaris LLC (“Azaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit an application or inquiry, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, and credentials when you create or are invited to an account.
- Waitlist and early-interest information — email addresses previously submitted to join a waitlist or request early access.
- Application information — details you provide in the Done-For-You application, such as your name, business name, website, social profiles, industry, team size, revenue range, communication channels, and the operational challenges you describe.
- Payment information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing status.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or through forms.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar log data.
- Product analytics — we use PostHog to understand how the Services are used (for example, pages viewed, features used, and events such as starting a checkout). This relies on first-party cookies or similar browser storage. We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking.
- Error and diagnostics data — we use Sentry to capture application errors and related technical context (such as the browser and the page where an error occurred) so we can find and fix problems.
- Cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, first-party analytics storage (see Product analytics above), and security tooling (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent abuse. See “Cookies” below.
Information processed through the Services
When you use our AI agents, you and your connected accounts may direct content (messages, files, and data from channels and tools you connect) through the Services. We process this content to operate the agents on your behalf. If you connect messaging channels (for example, Telegram, Slack, or Discord), messages exchanged with your agent on those channels flow through the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any necessary consents to provide that content.
If you connect the iMessage channel, messages between you and your agent are delivered through Inkbox (inkbox.ai), our iMessage delivery provider, which receives and processes message content in order to relay it. Apple’s device encryption applies between your device and the delivery provider, not end-to-end to your agent. Avoid sending passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive credentials over this channel.
If you use voice features, your speech is transcribed by your browser’s built-in speech recognition service (operated by your browser vendor and subject to its terms); we receive the resulting text transcript, not your raw audio. Agent replies may be converted to audio using a third-party text-to-speech service.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To create and manage accounts and process subscriptions and payments.
- To respond to applications, inquiries, and support requests.
- To send service, security, and transactional messages.
- To send waitlist and product updates (you may opt out at any time).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the Services, including hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, abuse prevention, payment processing, product analytics, error monitoring, speech synthesis, and AI model providers. These providers may include, among others, Supabase, Fly.io, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, PostHog, Sentry, Microsoft (text-to-speech), Inkbox (iMessage delivery), integration-connectivity providers (for certain third-party accounts you connect, the connectivity provider holds the authorization token and processes requests to that service; its identity is shown on the consent screen when you connect), and third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Azaris, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
AI model providers
Content processed by the agents may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses and perform tasks. Their handling of that content is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to work with providers that do not train their general models on your content by default, but you should review the applicable provider terms.
Google Workspace data
If you connect a Google account, Azaris requests access to the Google Workspace data needed to operate your agent on your behalf. Depending on the scopes you grant, this may include Gmail (reading, sending, and managing messages), Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- How we use it — Google user data is used solely to provide and operate the user-facing features you request through your agent (for example, reading or sending an email, scheduling an event, or editing a document). We do not use it for advertising.
- How we store it — your Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our secrets vault and injected only into your own isolated agent runtime. Message and file content is processed to fulfill your requests and retained only as needed to provide the Services (for example, in your agent’s conversation history and memory).
- How we share it — to generate responses and carry out the tasks you request, relevant content may be sent to the third-party AI model provider configured for your agent (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing. We do not sell Google user data and do not share it for advertising.
- AI/ML — we do not use Google Workspace data, including Gmail content, to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models. Humans do not read your Google user data except with your affirmative consent (for example, to debug an issue you report), to address security or abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- Revoking access — you can disconnect Google at any time from your agent’s Integrations screen, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection we delete the stored OAuth tokens.
Azaris’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: (a) cookies that are necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in, and secure the Services; and (b) first-party analytics storage used by our product analytics (see above) to understand how the Services are used. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling necessary cookies may break core functionality.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. In particular: account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Content processed by your agents (conversation history, files, and agent memory) is retained while your account and the relevant agent exist, so your agent keeps its context between sessions. After your subscription ends or an agent or account is deleted, we may delete the associated content as described in our Terms of Service; residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged. Waitlist and application data is retained to evaluate and follow up on your interest; you may request deletion as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it.
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Delete personal data we hold about you.
- Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided to us.
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at azaris@azaris.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing azaris@azaris.ai with “Appeal” in the subject. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. API keys and OAuth tokens you connect are stored encrypted in a secrets vault and injected only into your own agent runtime — or, for integrations serviced by an integration-connectivity provider, held by that provider — and each agent runs in its own isolated environment that is not shared with other customers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
