Common questions
How do I create an account?
Sign up at azaris.ai/signup. The iPhone and Mac apps sign in to the same account, with the same email and password or Google account.
How do I manage my plan or billing?
Plans and billing are managed on the web: sign in at azaris.ai and open Settings → Billing.
How do I delete my account?
On the web, open Settings → Delete account. In the iPhone or Mac app, open the profile menu, then Settings → Delete account; the app explains what will be deleted and opens your account settings on the web to confirm, so your billing is closed out too. Deleting your account deletes your agents and their conversations, files, and memory, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
How is my data protected?
